How verification works

Know what each status means

Unverified listings have not passed an independent site inspection. A physical inspection records property condition and disclosed features at the date shown. Ownership document checking is a separate review; a double green check appears only when both have passed.

A yellow issues status means an item needs attention. A later reinspection can change the status only after staff record the new findings. A badge is not a guarantee of title, safety, future condition or a transaction. Always view the property, review current records, and seek independent professional advice before paying.

Requesting a property check

  1. Choose a published property and the physical or physical plus document scope from your dashboard.
  2. Pay the fee shown for that scope using the account details in your request.
  3. Report your payer name and bank transfer reference. An administrator confirms actual receipt.
  4. An assigned inspector visits the property, records the findings and reports to an administrator, who decides the badge.
  5. You can request a paid reinspection after a decision.
